Bulwark Technologies LLC ("I," "me," or "Bulwark Technologies") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. It covers bulwarktechokc.com only — client data handled as part of IT or backup services is covered by the agreement for those services.

Information I collect

  • Information you send me. When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, and message, and optionally your company name and phone number. If you call or email me directly, I receive whatever you choose to share.
  • Usage information. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — for example, which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, and what type of device and browser they use. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, the hosting provider may automatically record basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type when you visit.

How I use it

  • To respond to your message and schedule your free checkup.
  • To provide the services you ask for.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it.
  • To keep the website secure and working properly.

I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for anything unrelated to the reasons above.

Who I share it with

I only share information with the service providers that help run this website:

  • Formspree, which delivers contact form submissions to my email.
  • Google, which provides Google Analytics.
  • Microsoft Azure, which hosts this website.

These providers handle information under their own privacy policies. I may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. To opt out of Google Analytics on all websites, you can install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How long I keep it

I keep contact form messages and emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our conversation or working relationship. If you'd like me to delete your information, just ask.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect the information you share, but no website or email system is completely secure. Please don't send passwords or other sensitive information through the contact form.

Children's privacy

This website is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
